  1. In this football, there’s no way “Jordi Alba should get more games of suspension than Koundè”. It’s always been that you shouldn’t react to opponents’ provocations: Sevilla’s player did, and he got fairly suspended. Because it really doesn’t matter whether you throw a ball at someone’s face or shoulder: there shouldn’t be any violent ball throwing towards another player. Period. That doesn’t mean Jordi Alba wasn’t annoying in that circumstance, but that that has always been part of the mental side of the game, whether you think it’s a good or bad thing. My opinion: both provocation and reaction should be sanctioned accordingly. But I am probably thinking within an utopian reality.

  2. stevie is spot on how can you be seen as a world class cb when you've picked up so many red cards? people just look at the trophies he's won and fair enough but most players would have those trophies playing for real madrid

  3. Totally agree with Frank. These so-called old schoolers are fine with allowing a pathetic diver like Alba cheat. I don't care if lots of players dive and try to deceive the ref. They should be punished when they do it.

  4. ramos should have been banned for the rest of his life from foot….
    after the salah- foul
he is a …….. without honor and dignity……hard to accept him as a human being
but in some way, he fits very well to the psg-character
    the alter-ego to their sports-director…..

  5. Sergio Ramos could have his entire trophy haul and accolades to 25% of what it is, and still have more than all these guys put together. Its funny that the one guy who has a fairly impressive trophy haul in Frank, likes and appreciates his game.

  6. I’m with Frank. Refs need to come down harder on people pretending they where hit in the face when they weren’t. It’s bad sportsmanship, lying and cheating. I don’t care if it’s normal these days it has to stop. Red card but also punishment for Alba to set a example.

  7. Craig has to stop looking at the ceiling when he ta ta ta talks ..hes an ace and brings a little humor but take your job seriously or switch this guy out with someone who wants the position more then he does

  8. if Kunde felt down on the floor the moment Jordie Alba body checked him won't it be a red card? Just because one played threw himself to the ground and one did is why I agreed with Frank.

  9. People that actually think he's a world class CB need their heads testing.

A player who is glorified due to his large influence on social media nothing more his defending ability is point blank average for someone that has won as much as him.

  10. That’s a very cheeky twist Stevie. Your real quote was “Ramos is not world class” not whether he was a good or bad defender. And your original quote is beyond incorrect and a rather childish one at that.

  11. Sergio Ramos is n always was a glorified version of Harry McGuire… Same incredible mistakes, horrendous decision making timings in absolute key moments … The only difference is Ramos has more trophies with Real rather than Harry at United … Bare FACTS ? ..
