Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly interested in securing the services of AS Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni and could make a move before this summer’s transfer window end on August 31.
The 21-year-old has found back of the net four times and provided four assists in 50 games for his current team since arriving from Bordeaux in January 2020.
The Red Devils are believed to be keen to strengthen their midfield area for the 2021-22 season, and according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Tchouameni is a genuine target for the English giants.
The 20-times English champions are believed to be in talks with the Frenchman’s agency and could make an offer for his services over the next couple of weeks.
Tchouameni, who has already played five games for his Ligue 1 giants during the 2021-22 season, is also believed to be admired by Chelsea and they are ready to rivals Man Utd for his services.
