  1. I would've been super happy with a derby draw at the quarter finals but with our current form not as much in the semis. Those odds are fair, we've still got the upper hand and Lautaro finding the net might actually be huge.⬛🟦

  2. Evwon quite a bit in early two thousands. Conference promotion. Div 3, Div 2 promotion, all way to championship. And got far in cup beating villa I think n city but losing on pens to arsenal.
Granted, we're now back in division two but ah well

  3. Late eighties and nineties, into the two thousands, AC were killing it.
One of the reasons why Italy hate the PREM at min.
YO! WHOSE HE TO SPEAK ILL OF DONNY ROVERS THE CHEEKY SOD LOL

  4. In the early 2000s, I worked a summer gig during law school at ABC in Trenton, NJ. My co-worker was a massive Juventus fan and informed me that they were playing a scrimmage at Rutgers in preparation for their upcoming Nike Tour. We both informed our boss that we had a school event to attend to, and went to this scrimmage. Once we arrived, security did not allow anyone in. Over 100 Italian men in their 50s-70s started weeping, and it was a kind liasion for Juve that subsequently informed security that it was okay for everyone to come in. We watched Davids, Del Piero, Nedved and countless others play at such a level against a Long Island team that just amazed everyone. Juve was peak at that time, and I don't think any team could compete with them.

    7-0 score.

Needless to say, it was in 2002 that I took to watching Serie A, and instantly fell in love with Inter. As class as Juve were, Inter were just my brand of futbol. The Emperor definitely had something to do with it all. I loved his raw style!

Nothing was more incredible for me than 2010 until today. Inter back in the semifinals in the most unlikely season is just special. Mourinho's Inter was stacked, but this Inter is just as talented.

Thanks Gab for reminding us all how very special Serie A is, how dominant they were and how they were the standard bearers for European futbol (outside of that insane outlier that is Real).

Good luck to both Milano clubs, and thanks for making this Puerto Rican from New York now living in Puerto Rico smile like it was 2002 again!

  5. Why no one of Inter talks about the penalty on Gonçalo Ramos in first game and Aursnes in second game.
Somehow they found a handball penalty on Joao Mario but there was another handball on Inter and no one talks about it too.
Uefa beein Uefa and portuguese teams beeing robbed in europe, nothing new.

  6. Inter will qualify, I'm pretty sure! Inter has Milan's number, they have beaten Milan multiple times this season. The stats shown by Espn have left out the Supercup won by Inter 3-0.

  7. I remember a time not too long ago when the mention of playing AC Milan was at least 2 times more scary to hear than playing Real Madrid. The Serie A fell off, but as a league it was DOMINANT in the 80s, 90s and up to mid 2000s. Put respect on that leagues name. Not even to mention the Inter teams during the 2000s. That team was stacked, STACKED!

  8. The city of Milan is the greatest football city in the world

    2 massive legendary clubs
    10 Champions Leagues
    38 league titles
    27 domestic cups
    10 European cups
    7 International cups
    One 80000 seater stadium
    2 colours
    1 city

Only city to have two clubs ever win the Champions League

    Italian football is back!

  9. Don't talk about history otherwise PSG n city pundits in this show will feel bad . Nd don't say word against pep in 8 year according this pundits city won CL every year

  10. I'm usually leaning more toward Inter because of the amazing Mourinho treble but I would just love to see how City or Real cope with that defensive AC Milan side.
I'm just curious are they so good at defense or Napoli was just unlucky and not tactically prepared well enough.

  11. Benfica were chasing the match throughout the match until the final minute. There's clearly a difference in quality between Benfica and Inter but the disrespect Inter got was unfair. Inter were comfortable throughout the match except for no less than 20 minutes

  12. You don't have to be THAT old to know Milan vs Inter derby is a huge game, it was only in 2010s that they had a drop. In the 2000s they were super teams who always contended for the champions league title. Anyone born in 2000 or before it remembers.

  13. Serie A will be on top again for the next 10 years or so. Lots of money going to Italian teams (Inter, Milan, Juventus, Roma, Napoli). The big Italian teams are back!!
